30 - 60 Days

  1. Continue weekly meetings with your Manager

  2. Identify and celebrate early wins to help develop a successful job pattern.

  3. Create a strategic plan aligned with company involving the team in the strategic process

  4. Develop/communicate your vision and associated goals, etc.

  5. Schedule regular meetings with your direct reports; clarify expectations and give feedback.

  6. Continue to meet with key stakeholders across the business to learn more about their role and their part of the business.

  7. Find out their view of your area and what they believe you should STOP, START and CONTINUE doing.  


60 - 90 Days

  1. Drive results. Continually solicit and provide feedback

  2. Assess and adjust yourself and your team. Coach as appropriate to empower and develop your team while adapting your leadership to differing team member needs.
